Walsh Performance and Training is a cash-based physical therapy provider that specializes in wellness services. We have been trusted by our clients to perform top-notch physical therapy services to all walks of life in the Tampa, Florida area. We are a mobile physical therapy provider that brings healthcare right to your doorstep, but we also have an office and gym space in Tampa’s luxury apartment building, Altis Grand Central. We specialize in sports physical therapy, having experience working with numerous Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Lightning players.

Walsh Performance and Training utilizes top-notch manual therapy skills to help clients recover from injuries. Although clients see us as some of the best providers in Tampa for massage therapy, our manual therapy skills set us apart from our competition. While founder Sean Walsh is not a massage therapist, he provides unparalleled manual therapy skills that help individuals recover from an injury. We focus much of our manual therapy skills to the muscles, providing relaxation techniques to help your body move more efficiently. In fact, many clients have replaced their massage therapist with Walsh Performance and Training techniques. We utilize advanced hands-on soft tissue work to help clients reduce their pain, and return to full function. Although we are not massage therapists, manual therapy is our main tool to reduce pain and return you to what you love to do.
