WPT incorporates functional exercises to help you reach your goals. Whether you’re an aspiring NFL athlete, looking to improve your golf game without a golf swing coach, or would like to have an easier time picking up your grandchild, WPT can provide the right functional training for you!
WPT incorporates multiple training styles, but largely relies on resistance bands as a form of workouts. Resistance bands allow our muscles to contract and relax, the way our muscles are designed to work. We work alongside other Tampa personal trainers to help build youth best program available!
